The surgery is closed for bank holidays.
On-site parking
Following patient feedback we have made some changes to our car park, patients are still able to park on-site for free when visiting the surgery during our normal opening times, however parking outside of these times will require payment after an initial grace period of 10 minutes, failure to do so will result in a fine being issued by the company who now manage the car park. ALL contact relating to fine notices MUST be directed to the issuer of the parking control notice (PCN). For full terms and conditions, times of operation, and how to pay, etc. please refer to the signage in the car park.
Staff training dates
The surgery will be closed on the following dates from 13.00pm until 07.00am the following morning. Excluding a Wednesday when we will reopen at 6:30pm. This is to facilitate staff training for all practice staff and affects all Gateshead-wide practices. This is arranged by the Integrated Care Board (ICB):
